RaboPlus appoints new ops manager

As operations manager he is responsible for the customer call centre and back office operations. He also manages the core performance and enhancement systems and is responsible for new product deployments.
Previously he has been the ops manager for Rabobank, and before that he worked on a number of projects at AMP Bank including managing the transition of the New Zealand operations to Australia.
