Obituary: Steve StiltonIt is with the deepest regret that we advise the passing of Steve Stilton, regional director for Money Managers Takapuna. Steve lost his battle with cancer and died at home in the early hours of October 4. He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Rebecca, who worked with him as his client services officer, and son Andrew.
Steve had been with Money Managers for nearly ten years, starting in the Browns Bay office and then setting up the Takapuna office from scratch; something he was rightfully proud of. He had previously spent 30 years with the BNZ where he worked his way up to senior management level.
“Marriage, family, honesty and professionalism were all held in high esteem by Steve and that showed through his relationships”, said Money Managers chairman, Doug Somers-Edgar. “He will be very sadly missed by all of us at Money Managers; colleagues and clients alike.”
The funeral will be held at North Shore Memorial Park Crematorium, Schnapper Rock Road, Albany at 12:30pm on Tuesday 10 October.
