Fund Managers Otago appoints senior lending manager

Fund Managers Otago, manager of the NZ Mortgage Income Trust, has appointed Craig Ross as its new senior lending manager. Ross's role will focus on loans assessment and developing and supporting the mortgage broker market. This role in an addition to the Fund Managers Otago team, created as a result of continued growth to the 12-year old NZ Mortgage Income Trust.
Ross joins the company from National Bank where over 22 years he developed a diverse knowledge of lending across commercial, residential and farm properties.
