Guardians get a bargain

Adrian Orr, chief executive officer of the Guardians, said "Mark's appointment is an important step for the Guardians in managing their growing business. Mark will bring a wealth of experience in corporate and investment management, and we are looking forward to having him on board."
Reporting to the chief operating officer will be the heads of operations, strategic projects and IT, communications, risk, human resources, and administration. The chief operating officer will report to the chief executive officer.
