Fisher loses director

Warren Couillault has resigned as a director of Fisher Funds Management, but will remains an employee of the company. Fisher Funds will appoint another director early next week.

Besides its regular closed-ended funds, Fisher manages three NZX-listed investment trusts: Kingfish, Barramundi and Marlin.
