Dorchester CEO departs

Andrew Walker has resigned as chief executive of Dorchester Group (DPC) to take up a role associated with St Laurence.

The is at Auguste Holdings. Auguste Holdings holds a substantial majority of the shares in Auguste Finance, which is the majority shareholder in St Laurence.

St Laurence itself holds as stake in DPC and DPC holds a 25% stake in St Laurence.

Walker will still be available to Dorchester in his new role.

While at Dorchester he has "contributed significantly to re-engineering Dorchester Pacific," chairman Barry Graham says.
