Planet Financial Services has appointed three new directors to its board of Directors. Tony Caldwell (Oamaru), Nathan Stewart (Dunedin) - shareholding practice principals - and Lyndon Bray (Wellington) from Coach4Success -independent director - join Keith Walter (Auckland - chairman) and Gary Cooper (Invercargill) from the existing board.

The Planet group is also seeking expressions of interest for the newly created role of National Manager.

These appointments will enable Planet to be more focused in delivering the core element of its vision – "to help all our members achieve their individual visions" - and to growing the group both within the current adviser base and by attracting more like-minded practices.

Planet now has 25 practices and 80 individual advisers spread throughout New Zealand operating in the financial services market.
