New BDM for PIS

Monday, June 16th 2008, 6:53AM
Professional Investment Services (PIS) has appointed a business development manager for the South Island.

Jon Eather will take up the position based in Christchurch, and will be responsible for the lower South Island.

PIS NZ general manager David Keys says the appointment of Eather would capitalise on the company's recent growth and offer further avenues for expansion.

"With regulation about to be implemented a lot of advisers see the benefits of aligning to a professional organisation with clear growth plans going forward," he said.

Eather brings with him more than 16 years' experience in the financial services industry, focusing for the last eight years on all aspects of superannuation and the provision of sound financial advice.
