ASB Group adds investment strategist

ASB Group Investments have announced the appointment of Tzy Chong as investment strategist in the investment management team. Chong brings to ASB Group Investments 13 years of experience both in New Zealand and Malaysia. Chong's responsibilities as investment strategist will include asset allocation, foreign currency hedging, mandate design and multi-sector portfolios.
Chong was previously employed as an investment consultant with Mercer where he was involved in researching New Zealand equity and listed property managers as well as consulting for institutional clients.
