Mint job for Deacon
Rodney Deacon is joining the Mint Asset Management team as an equity analyst.

He will be undertaking detailed research of Australian and New Zealand companies.
Prior to joining Mint, Deacon was at Goldman Sachs JBWere, where he was an analyst in the equity research team for over four years, covering the media, manufacturing, agriculture, investment, insurance and retail sectors.
Before that, he spent seven years in the UK where he worked for UBS in London, initially in corporate finance and then for four years researching European media stocks.
Deacon will start with Mint on Monday, March 9.
