ANZO signs up new portfolio manager

AMP NZ Office Trust (ANZO) has signed up Peter Walkinshaw to the new position of portfolio manager – commercial.

Prior to joining ANZO, Walkinshaw was manager group property assets for British Airways, who he worked for since 2004. His experience also spans estates and asset management, valuation, funding and balance sheet treatment of British Airways’ property, and compliance with accounting regulations, audit requirements and corporate legislation.

He has over 15 years’ of experience, predominantly within a FTSE 100 company.
