McMillan first started working with the PAA in October 2005 when he was contracted to undertake a strategic review of the organisation. This began the transition of the PAA to the full services professional association it is today.

McMillan was appointed CEO in May 2006 and since then has worked with much passion and skill to grow the organisation.

He will be accompanying the PAA roadshows throughout the country, starting May 4 and is to become an associate member of the PAA when his current contract ends on May 31.
