Business Bakery’s Baker boards board
Grant Baker of Business Bakery has joined the board of Dorchester Pacific as a non-executive director.

Baker's company recently picked up a 19.5% stake in Dorchester for $400,000 from Kevin Podmore's Auguste Holdings Ltd.
Last month, Dorchester's executive director Paul Byrne told shareholders the company needs a combination of settling with debenture holders, improving its operating performance, selling assets and raising new capital to ensure its ongoing success.
