New role for Coote
Michael Coote has been appointed to a newly created position within TOWER Investments.

TOWER Investments has created a new role of National Manager Corporate Communications and appointed Michael Coote to the position.
Coote was previously National Manager Mezzanine Clients, a managed funds sales and service role focused on corporate clients.
"TOWER Investments is committed to an aggressive growth strategy in order to capitalise on the many opportunities we see in the New Zealand market for managed funds distribution, particularly with KiwiSaver and also our TOWER Financial Advisory Services personal financial advice franchise, and in his new role Michael will be contributing directly to our growth focus across the company," TOWER Investments chief executive Sam Stubbs says.
"Michael's proven skills in verbal and written communication, including in the news media, will prove valuable resources in driving greater recognition by the public and financial advisers of the pre-eminent position of TOWER Investments as a supplier of superior investment products and financial advice."
Ongoing management of Coote's extensive existing client base will be divided between the Wholesale and Retail Distribution teams of TOWER Investments.
The mezzanine clients will be managed by the Wholesale Distribution team headed by Ian Miller, and the retail financial advisers will be looked after by the Retail Distribution team headed by Roger Perry.
