Heather Royle has joined Kepa Home Loans as its Head of Home Loans.

Chief executive Jeff Page says Royle "has a wealth of experience from working in the financial services industry, starting out as an Independent Financial Adviser in the

UK."

Her career includes national sales manager for a major American Bank, national development manager for the largest UK aggregator and more recently as a director of a mortgage broking and packaging company.

As Head of Kepa Home Loans, the role has a strong focus on growing Kepa's home loan offering, increasing the adviser team and supporting advisers to grow their business, and making Kepa Home Loans the number one choice for mortgage advisers, Page says.

Heather is the wife of mortgage adviser Jeff Royle from ilender.

The group's original head of home loans, Darren Pratley, left over a year ago and its current business development manager, Jodi Anderson, is leaving to head overseas.
