Milford loses a portfolio manager

Milford Asset Management has registered amendments to its prospectus. It now has one less portfolio manager.

Thursday, June 18th 2015, 9:45PM

In the amendments portfolio manager Mark Warminger has been deleted from documents (see document here)

Also he is no longer listed on Milford's website.

The changes come on the same day as Milford's settlement with the FMA over market manipulation allegations.

In its settlement with the FMA Milford is reported as saying the "trader" at the centre of the market manipulation case is on extended leave.
