Fidelity boosts claims team

Fidelity Life has grown its claims team with three new appointments.

Senior claims manager Reeta Anthony has been appointed Manager – Retail Claims. She has over 13 years’ experience in a range of roles within the insurance industry. Anthony has held a number of positions with Sovereign over the past 13 years, most recently as senior claims strategy and support manager.

Moana Henderson and Gemma Moore have been appointed Life and Disability Case Managers within the company’s specialist claims team, both moving from Sovereign.

Henderson joins Fidelity Life with more than 14 years’ experience in the finance and insurance industry, most recently working as a senior claims assessor in the medical team. Moore's previous role was senior case manager – disability, retail division.

Chief executive Milton Jennings says the company’s specialist claims team has always been at the heart of the business and these new appointments further enhance the company’s claims expertise.
