GB continues NZ expansion

Gallagher Bassett has appointed a new life and health operations manager as part of its expansion of New Zealand operations.

Paul Bauer will take the role at the end of September.

Gallagher Bassett is Australasia’s largest third-party claims administrator, providing claims management and associated consulting and technical services to organisations, the insurance industry and government entities throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

Bauer has more than 35 years' experience in the financial services industry, specifically in group risk and corporate superannuation.

Gallagher Bassett's NZ managing director Craig Furness said: "‘Paul’s experience, along with his network of key relationships in the industry and his strong expertise in the group risk insurance arena, will add significant capability to the growing team at Gallagher Bassett."
