Z issues bonds

Z Energy is making an offer of unsubordinated, secured, fixed rate bonds across two series.

The offer is being made to New Zealand retail and institutional investors and holders of Z’s existing ZEL010 bonds which matured on October 15.

Just over $151 million is being offered across both series, for $1 each. The minimum application is $5000. Interest will be paid quarterly in arrears from February 1 next year.  Early bird interest will be paid at the rate applicable to each series.
