ANZIIF Driving Strategy & Business Excellence Workshop

This one day seminar will provide participants with the leading edge concepts of business strategy and the frameworks for driving forward business strategy formulation and implementation. It is based on Professor Danny Sampson’s, (The University of Melbourne) one of Australia’s leading executive educators, first-hand practical research including, close examination of how the world’s best companies achieve and sustain their high levels of performance. Using insurance sector case examples, participants will be provided with a rigorous framework against which they can assess their organisation and deduce effective ‘business improvement strategies’. Executives and managers at all levels of the organisation will find this seminar illuminating.
