Making it easier to do business with us

Please join us at our upcoming Operations Roadshows across the country from 6-10 March 2023.

You’ll hear from some of our key team members including Matt Banham, Head of Underwriting, Karen Ward, our Head of Operations as well as key representations from our New Business and Claims Teams who drive this process and have good customer outcomes at the heart of their roles.

We’ll provide you with details about our process around claims, cycle times and case studies to help you understand how it all works. We’ll update you on current trends, initiatives and enhancements across these areas as well as the chance to participate in the “Ask the Experts” session.

We’ll also touch on dispute resolution and our relationship with the Financial Markets Authority, and how that can help you with trickier claims.

Finally we’ll help you understand the importance of reinsurer relationships and the calibre of our New Zealand Chubb Life Underwriting team.
