Chubb Life Roadshows

Chubb (Cigna NZ) is holding six roadshows across the country in March to provide advisers with details of its process around claims, cycle times, and share case studies.
David Haak, General Manager Distribution, says those attending the roadshows will be updated on current trends, company initiatives, and enhancements across underwriting, new business, and claims. There will also be the chance to participate in an ‘ask the experts’ session.
Taking part in the roadshows are Matt Banham, Head of Underwriting, and Karen Ward, Head of Operations, among others from the firm’s New Business and Claims Teams.
“We’ll also touch on dispute resolution and our relationship with the Financial Markets Authority, and how that can help you with trickier claims,” says Haak.
