Business continuity plans are often developed and left in the bottom draw as a low priority when you are busy providing financial advice to your client. However, in the new regime this is an important licensing condition which now needs attention on a regular basis.
It’s a great idea to test your plan each year and update any areas that may have changed as you review the findings of your test. Remember to document the test and the success or issues that may arise from the run through each year. How’s your cyber policy standing up?
