Mortgage Adviser: RPL Strand Course

This course covers the Residential Property Lending Strand of the Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services. It provides an in-depth understanding of residential property lending concepts, legislation and regulations that are of particular relevance to the provision of residential property lending services. It also considers the residential property market, and the relationship between residential property lending and individuals’ needs, to ensure appropriate solutions to borrowing needs. Key lending concepts and frameworks are applied to develop solutions for a range of lending situations.
