Industry commentator Russell Hutchinson says Mainstay is an enviable business - focusing on business clients, good processes, good systems, and operating on a spread commission model.
"He built something very valuable and showed plenty of people on the industry not only how it could be done, but actually went out and did it. He shall be missed by many."
