New independent director for SHARE

SHARE NZ has secured branding and advertising guru Mike Hutcheson as an independent director.

Hutcheson co-founded advertising agencies Colenso and Hutcheson Knowles Marinkovich (HKM) and culminated his career in Auckland as managing director of Saatchi & Saatchi.

Following Saatchi & Saatchi he established The Lighthouse Ideas Company - an innovation and start-up incubator, and most recently was involved in a management buyout of Image Centre Group, publisher, printer and multi channel communications company.  

A regular author, Hutcheson has contributed a humour column to The Independent for many years and written for Unlimited magazine and published four books, the latest being "Relax and Grow Rich" which he has written with psychologist Claire Wadey.

Hutcheson takes up his independent directorship on February 24.
