Prudential Corporation Australia has appointed Basil Logan as deputy chairman.
Prudential Corporation is responsible for the group's operations in New Zealand and Australia which have a combined total of $11 billion under management.
Earlier this year Prudential New Zealand added $1.3 billion to its funds under management through the acquistion of NZI Life.
Logan is currently president of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, chairman of Optus International Consultants (formerly Works Consultancy Services), NZ Education International Ltd, Fuelequip Services Ltd, Cedenco Foods and NDA Engineering Group Ltd.<
