Tuesday, September 4th 2007, 5:52AM
Rotorua-based adviser Peter Jones has decided to exit the industry after last year selling his business to Vestar.

Former BNZ adviser Malcolm Thomas and Paul Manning will take over his business.

Jones says that Vestar have "made a commitment to continue (Jones's) services until the end of the financial year."

After that are likely to be moved to Vestar's "Star Managed Investment System".

Jones has been an adviser for 13 years and was a member of SIFA.
