Paul Richardson, who has more than 22 years experience in the financial services industry in Australia and New Zealand, has joined the board which inlcudes Rebecca Thomas and Pip Dunphy.

In the past 10 years he has worked at BT Funds Management, part of the Wealth division on Westpac NZ, which has more than $4 billion of funds under management and advice.

His position in the past three years has been Chief Investment Officer and prior to this he was the Head of Equities at BT.

Prior to this, Richardson worked for UBS in Australia and New Zealand for 12 years in a variety of roles, as equity analyst, head of NZ equities research and Executive Director.

He is a CFA charterholder, and Authorised Financial Adviser, a member of the NZ Institute of Directors and of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Rebecca Thomas, CEO of Mint says Mint is fortunate to have someone of Paul's calibre join the board.  "We are extremely pleased that Paul has agreed to join us.  His skills and experience will enable us to strengthen our existing capability in the funds management industry".
