We start the week with something new. We have a video on Good Returns where top mortgage broker Grant McFlinn shares his philosophy of what makes a good adviser. As he says it is not complicated, and probably not unique - but it works. You can watch it here.
Also today Kiwibank has raised its three, four and five year fixed home loan rates. These are up between 10 and 20 basis points.
