Offsets open LVR debate

Offset home loans are something that previously mortgage brokers haven't been able to offer to the market as the only products were from BNZ and Kiwibank who shun brokers. Now Westpac has added an offset to its products which will be offered to brokers. Also the launch has opened a good debate about whether offsets are away around LVR lending restrictions. Read on.
