Too early to tell if speed bumps work: RBNZ

Reserve Bank governor Graeme Wheeler says it is too early to assess the impact of LVR restrictions. He also warned, when releasing the bank's Financial Stability Report this morning, that people shouldn't read too much into the housing data released recently. More details here.
