The New Zealand-owned life insurer has created a new role to provide support to stakeholders.

Friday, August 10th 2018, 9:40AM

Todd Allan has been appointed manager, key distribution partnerships - retail.

He will support Fidelity Life’s key distribution partners in the retail life insurance space, and help their businesses grow.

Craig Winterburn, Fidelity Life’s GM retail sales and key partnerships, said dealer groups and adviser support organisations were important relationships for Fidelity Life.

“Todd’s appointment helps future proof our value proposition to this market segment during a time of significant change for us all, particularly in the regulatory space.”

Allan is currently a BDM in Fidelity Life’s strategic alliances team, and has 16 years’ experience in BDM, new business, underwriting and operations roles at Sovereign and Asteron Life.

He starts the role in mid-August.
