The classifieds are filling up with advertisements like this as the local rental market again faces a shortage of well-appointed and reasonably priced accommodation.While it's not quite the crisis of early last year, real estate firms say the heat is definitely back on the Tauranga rental housing market.
Flathunters are becoming increasingly frustrated at finding there are at least 10 other parties chasing the same three-bedroom house priced in the popular rental range of $240-$280 a week.
