Landowners see value soar
Napier's property owners can look forward to good news when they open up Quotable Value's mail-out next week.

Quotable Value regional manager David Nagle says the capital value of Napier's 23,200 properties increased 75 percent to $8.9 billion. The corresponding land value rocketed up 160 percent.
