Landlords.co.nz is the online home for the NZ Property Magazine. The site and the mag together aim to be the number one news and information resource for residential property investors.
The site has a wide range of features including:
- All the up-to-date property news
- The Ask An Expert section where we get experts to answer you questions about property investment
- A forum where you can discuss issues, ideas and strategies with other investors
- A directory, called Find An Expert, where you can find your local properrty investment specialists.
- All the latest mortgage rate news information and data
Landlords also produces a weekly newsletter which you can sign up to here. In addition to the Newsletter you can become a registered member of the site and get access to special deals and offers. To become a registered member click here. It costs you nothing.
Previous forum members will have to re-register with the site. While it was not our preferred option, we have chosen to take this approach because of technical issues.
