Exclusive Ruby Bay offering

Developer Alan Trent is planning an exclusive seaside subdivision at Ruby Bay, Nelson, where homes will cost $1.2 million to $10 million.

The sections will go on the market at a starting price of $300,000.

Trent has developed a 16ha block of land in Permins Road, zoned rural-residential, into a park-like environment of 17 lots ranging from one to two hectares.

Trent will be opening a show home on the site and buyers may buy just a section or a section-and-house package.
