Welcome to the new Landlords Blog. The Blog is part of the Landlords.co.nz site and the NZ Property Investor Magazine.The site and the mag all carry news and features specifically for property investors. The Blog is a place where we give our views on some of the happenings, but more importantly it is a place where you can give us your feedback on what is happening in the property world.
Besides the Blog our other change this year is to the masthead and name of the magazine. To reflect the aim of the magazine and to recognise what readers call it the name has changed from the NZ Property Magazine to NZ Property Investor. This month we look at investment strategies for 2008 and how investors are tackling the changing market and we introduce a new series for people who want to, or have just started, their journey to beoming successful property investors.
