Newcomer appoints head of sales
Allspring, which recently announced its intentions for Australia and New Zealand has appointed a head of sales.

Jeremy Gordon joins Allspring as head of sales for Australia and New Zealand.
Allspring Global Investments is a a global asset management company with more than US$611 billion in assets under advisement.
The firm recently formed a partnership with Bennelong Funds Management, to initially launch the Allspring Global Income Fund as an Australian Unit Trust. This fund offers daily liquidity with exposure across fixed income asset classes.
Gordon's appointment underscores Allspring’s commitment to enhancing its distribution capabilities and expanding its presence in the region.
Based in Sydney, Gordon will be responsible for leading sales and client service initiatives and strengthening relationships with key institutional stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. He will report to Andy Sowerby, head of the International Client Group at Allspring.

Gordon spent more than 17 years at Challenger Investment Management, including leading institutional sales and client service for Challenger Life, and Fidante affiliate Ardea Investment Management.
