This new initiative, Kepa’s Executive Masterclass, is specifically designed for those with administrative responsibilities, and will assist you to build on and improve your overall performance in the workplace. Optimise your productivity and increase your effectiveness so you’re working smarter, not harder.

Learning outcomes

You will discover practical and applicable best practice strategies, which can be successfully incorporated into your current workplace practices.

The agenda covers the following topics:

• Seven ways to help your Principal be more productive and successful

• The secrets to working effectively with underwriters

• Leveraging your CMS

• Understanding personality and its influence on types of behaviour and communication

Our speakers are Terry Dixon, Ngaio Merrick and our own Arjoy Evangelista.
