Tore Hayward joins a major bank

ANZ Funds Management has appointed Tore Hayward as its head of investments.Hayward was previously the investment startegist with Tower Asset Management, but that position disappeared recently when TAM integrated its New Zealand and Australian investment teams.
At ANZ Hayward will look after the asset management team and he will be responsible for further evolving ANZ's investment proposition.
He will be based in Wellington.
ANZFM has also appointed Nigel Jackson as managing director investment services. His role is to look after the operational aspects of the business.
Jackson was previously the managing director of State Street Global in New Zealand.
