Former directors cleared
The Companies Office has lost its appeal against a High Court ruling which cleared Roger Moses and Gary Stevens of charges relating to the way the contributory mortgage business was run at their former financial planning company.
The charges related to irrelgularities in the way the Reeves Moses MortgageCare business was run.
The former manager of the business Peter van Nieuwkoop had earlier been convicted on a number of criminal charges.
