ANZ National increase long rates

ANZ and National Bank have increased their long term home loan rates. Their three-year rate is up 10 points each to 6.85%, four years is up 25 points to 7.40% and five year rate is now sitting 35 points higher at 7.85%.
Adding this latest increase to ANZ National Bank's last increase to its long term fixed rates shows its five-year home loan rate has increased 110 basis points since the beginning of April.
