We have two big stories today. The first is the latest wrap of what economists are thinking. It seems there is an emerging view that economic conditions are changing more quickly than previously anticipated and that interest rates may start increasing sooner than 2010. Also today we have the names of the 10 people who have been appointed to the Code Committee – the body that will write the rules for financial adviser regulation. You can see who is on this committee here. We would be interested in comment as there seems to be little representation of the mortgage broking fraternity.
