Lead managers for Meridian, Genesis sales appointed

Treasury has confirmed joint lead managers for the partial sale of Meridian and Genesis Energy.
Deutsche Bank and Craigs Investment Partners, Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Capital have been confirmed as JLMs for Meridian.
UBS has been appointed to assist in preparations for a Genesis IPO and more JLMs may be appointed.
JLMs provide project management, execution and advisory services. They are also responsible for appointing and managing the selling syndicate and marketing the share offer.
