Advice firm awarded

Advice firm Global Financial Services won the Excellence in Customer Service award at the recent Westpac Auckland South Business Awards.
The company is a member of the PAA.
“One of the most powerful ways we as an industry can raise awareness of the value of advice is through our day-to-day interactions with clients,” PAA chief executive Rod Severn said.
“Being selected as a finalist in an award that has submissions from all kinds of industries, not only financial advice, is a great achievement. Congratulations to Ajay Kumar and his team. IIt is not an easy thing to stand out across all categories of business - especially when providing a service that is intangible. For the judging panel to look at the GFS business and independently judge that the systems, processes and service in support of customer care are excellent, is a not only a huge win for Ajay and his team, it is also a clear example to the broader community about the value and client care quality advice businesses offer."
