Slater has accepted a new role with Fairway Resolutions as a Resolution and Mediation Practitioner. This is Slater's area of expertise and his passion; previously he worked for FSCL.

Slater has been working with IDS over the past 15 months and has helped the company develop its National Account Management Processes as well as improving its resolution and complaint support services.

"We thank Trevor for his help and expertise over this period and wish him great success in his new role," IDS principal Barry Read says.

Slater says he is "very excited to be returning to my passion of dispute resolution."

"I am and have been for some time, very impressed with the philosophy and focus of Fairway Resolution of working with the parties to find resolution through negotiation. in my view that's the role of a dispute resolution scheme - helping parties in dispute to move forward."
