Avanti head of ops up for big award

Avanti Head of Operations, Sasha Lockley, is one of three finalists in Young Executive of the Year Awards.
This award is one category in the annual Deloitte Top 200 Business Awards. The awards recognise and applaud outstanding individuals, team and management performances in New Zealand’s largest companies and trading organisations. The theme of this year’s event is ‘the spirit of resilience’.
Lockley's role includes responsibility for between 70 and 80 people working across customer services, IT (Strategy and Ops), People and Culture, Continuous Improvement, Lending Operations, and Collections.
"Avanti Finance is a long standing organisation with a reputation for providing solutions that fit a customers needs (rather than customers fitting a product box). We are embarking on our next stage of growth and development and I am excited to be part of that journey," she says on her LinkedIn profile.
The other two finalists in this category are Komal Mistry from Fonterra Ventures and Ed Hyde at Spark Ventures.
