Wealthpoint hires compliance expertise
Adviser group Wealthpoint has hired a senior compliance adviser.

Jack Lynskey, Wealthpoint’s head of legal, compliance and conduct, said she would complete the work already under way to prepare for Wealthpoint’s FAP licence and would focus on supervision and monitoring processes that would support the 150-plus adviser base.
“Kerry has a very strong background in risk and compliance roles, and she has the expertise needed to help us establish an industry-leading adviser compliance offering. Her initial focus will be to work with our IT team to ensure our advice quality assurance processes are seamlessly integrated across the CRM platform we provide to member businesses,” Lynskey said.
She has held a variety of compliance roles in Spicers and JBWere in the 10 years since migrating from her native South Africa with her family.
