Rachel McBeath.

Three members of its new team come from jobs at AIA/Sovereign and two from Asteron - all should be familiar to those in the insurance business.

David Hadley has been appointed as Cigna's business performance manager in its distribution support team after leaving AIA/Sovereign and joins the Cigna team in mid-December.

His experience working with data and interpreting trends will provide valuable insights to advisers working with Cigna.

James Dacombe is a senior underwriter and joins Cigna's South Island team from AIA/Sovereign. He will be based in the Christchurch office and brings with him a wealth of experience in risk and compliance, operations management and insurance advice.

Natalija Talbot has more than 20 years of experience in the New Zealand life insurance industry and joins Cigna from Asteron as a senior underwriter and will be based at her home office in Taupo.

Rachel McBeath joins Cigna as a distribution support senior specialist and will be based in their growing Christchurch office.

She’ll support advisers with queries regarding agencies, contracts and AdviserHub after leaving AIA where she worked for the past 11 years.

And Tom Marchant joins Cigna from Asteron and has been appointed as a senior underwriter based in the Wellington office.

From left are David Hadley, James Dacombe, Natalija Talbot and Tom Marchant.
